Question 1

What will we cover on the call?

Accepted Answer

Your goals, current messaging/funnel, and which explainer videos are most likely to drive results. You leave with a clear plan.

Question 2

How does Content Yard work?

Accepted Answer

We’re your on-demand video team. We handle script, creative direction, animation, voiceover, music, and revisions. Most videos deliver within 3 days.

Question 3

What is an explainer video?

Accepted Answer

A short animated video that makes a product, service, or idea easy to understand. We produce 2D explainers, SaaS product demos, and training videos — script through delivery.

Question 4

How long should an explainer video be?

Accepted Answer

Most of ours land in 30–90 seconds. Long enough to explain the idea, short enough that people watch to the end.

Question 5

What should I prepare?

Accepted Answer

A short overview of your product or service, any existing videos or copy, and the main outcome you want from video.

Question 6

Is this a sales pitch?

Accepted Answer

No. The audit is to map the right videos. If we can help, we’ll show you the simplest way to start.

Question 7

What happens after the call?

Accepted Answer

If it’s a fit, we can produce a first video so you can see the quality before committing to ongoing work.

Question 8

Do I have to buy anything on the call?

Accepted Answer

No. The audit is free. No retainer required to talk.

Question 9

What’s the smallest way to start?

Accepted Answer

One done-for-you video. See the quality before any ongoing plan.

Question 10

How much does a video cost?

Accepted Answer

We quote on the audit, but the minimum price is $3,500. You can start with one video or a monthly subscription. Book a free 15-min audit to see which is the right start.

Question 11

What if I don’t like the first video?

Accepted Answer

Unlimited revisions. Full refund on the first video if you’re still not happy.

Question 12

Do you use AI?

Accepted Answer

We use modern tools for speed, but every video is directed and finished by humans. You get a finished video, not AI output.

Question 13

Can you match our brand?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We build from your colors, fonts, product UI, and tone.

Question 14

How much work is this for my team?

Accepted Answer

Very little. You give feedback at script and cut stages. We do the rest.

Question 15

Are there hidden fees?

Accepted Answer

No. Quoted price includes script, design, animation, VO, music, revisions, and all formats.

Question 16

Who owns the video?

Accepted Answer

You do. Full commercial rights on delivery.

Question 17

What if we’re not a fit?

Accepted Answer

We’ll tell you on the call. No pressure to continue.
